Since Halloween is actually on Monday, the day on which we have other plans such as visiting the Krka waterfalls, we did a Halloween costume party on Friday. There was a short Halloween programme hosted by Vanja Vučinić in which she introduced Halloween to the pupils saying how it all began. She mentioned trick-or-treating, jack-o-lanterns, bobbing for apples, scary costumes, and much more. Pupils enjoyed being somebody else for a day. So there were witches, zombies, vampires, gothic girls, a man in chains, a man with a saw (Ivan Dokmanović from the 6th class actually made his saw all by himslef using wood, plastic and styropore. Great job, Ivan!), monsters, etc. We even made our own jack-o-lantern which looked quite scary when we lighted a candle inside. Teacher Vanja Vukadinović was in charge for taking photos since she is very good at it. 

The main point was for pupils to learn something about Halloween as well as to have fun. Well...goal accomplished!
